Ingredients
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 500 g ground beef
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 500 ml beef broth
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 2 bell peppers, diced
– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they are soft.
3. Stir in ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes and beef broth, then add cooked rice, diced bell peppers, and Italian seasoning.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
