Ingredients
– 2 cups of whole wheat flour
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 cup of grated radish
– 1 tablespoon of finely chopped green chilies
– 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
– Water, as needed
– Extra flour, for dusting
– Oil, for cooking
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.
2. Gradually add water while kneading until you form a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside.
3. In another bowl, mix grated radish, green chilies, coriander leaves, and cumin powder.
4. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten it, add a spoonful of the radish mixture in the center, and fold the edges to seal.
5. Roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat circle. Heat a pan and cook each side with a little oil until golden brown.
