Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
– 4 large bell peppers
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
3. In a skillet, cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
4. Mix in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
