Ingredients
250 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 packet of chocolate sandwich cookies
500 ml thickened cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
100 g white chocolate, melted
Fresh strawberries for decoration
Method
1. Use a large bowl to beat thickened cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until it forms soft peaks.
2. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with melted white chocolate and milk until smooth.
3. Combine the cream mixture with the cream cheese mixture gently.
4. Crush half of the chocolate sandwich cookies and layer them at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
5. Add a layer of the cream mixture, followed by sliced strawberries. Repeat layers until everything is used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
