Ingredients
– 1 cup plain flour

– Icing sugar for dusting
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a skillet or oven-safe pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
4. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in the strawberries and almonds.
5. Pour the batter into the skillet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
