Method
1. Start by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
2. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
3. If you like a bit of spice, add chili flakes and stir them in.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Pour the sauce into the pan and cook for a few minutes until it thickens.
