Ingredients
– 250 g spaghetti
– 200 g cooked chicken, sliced
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon chili sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– Fresh coriander, for garnish
Method
1. Boil a large pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
3. Toss in the sliced bell pepper and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another couple of minutes.
5. Mix in the cooked spaghetti and stir well. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
