Ingredients
– 300g lotus root, sliced
– 250g minced pork
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 cup green onions, chopped
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and cook until browned.
2. Stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Next, add the sliced lotus root to the pan. Cook for around 5 minutes or until slightly tender.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well, then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until everything is coated and thickened.
5. Finally, add the green onions and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
