Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken wings
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon minced ginger
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 green onions, sliced
– Sesame seeds for garnish
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili powder, and sesame oil together.
3. Add chicken wings to the bowl, making sure they are well coated with the marinade.
4. Place the wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
5. Remove the wings from the oven. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
