Ingredients
– 500g steak
– 1 cup cooked brown rice
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 bell pepper, sliced

– ¼ cup black beans, rinsed

– 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method
1. Start by cooking the brown rice according to package instructions.
2. While the rice cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Season the steak with soy sauce, then add it to the hot pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
4. In the last few minutes, add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan to cook with the steak.
5. Once everything is cooked, slice the steak and serve it over the rice with avocado, corn, and black beans. Drizzle with lime juice before enjoying.
