Ingredients
– 500 g beef steak
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 zucchini
– 1 onion
– 60 ml olive oil
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Cut the beef steak into chunks. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into similar-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make a marinade.
3. Add the beef and vegetables to the marinade. Stir to coat everything evenly, then cover the bowl and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
4. Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers. Alternate the pieces to create colorful kebabs.
5. Preheat the grill or barbecue. Cook the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to your liking.
