Star Crunch Ice Cream
Ingredients
300 ml heavy cream
300 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups crispy rice cereal
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup caramel sauce
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tub of chocolate ice cream
¼ cup mini marshmallows
Method
Begin by whipping the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in another bowl.
Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture carefully until well blended.
Stir in the crispy rice cereal, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and mini marshmallows.
Spread half of the ice cream into a serving dish. Layer with half of the mixture, top with caramel sauce, and repeat the layers. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
