Ingredients
– 500 g squid, cleaned and cut into rings
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon water
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic; cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the squid to the pan, followed by the oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, and sugar.
5. Mix everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
