Ingredients
– 500 g squid, cleaned and sliced
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
– 50 ml water
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Toss in the squid and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until it turns opaque.
4. Mix broccoli and bell pepper into the pan, followed by oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
5. Stir in cornstarch dissolved in water, then cook for another 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
