Ingredients
1 cup of green beans, trimmed
2 cups of baby spinach, fresh
1 cup of sweet corn, canned or frozen
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Method
Begin by heating a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Toss in the green beans and bell pepper, stir-frying for about 3 minutes.
Mix in the corn and baby spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
