Ingredients
- 200 g of asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup of snap peas, trimmed
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the asparagus, snap peas, carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt. Serve warm.
