Ingredients
– 300 g tempeh, crumbled
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 cup chopped spinach
– 1 carrot, grated
– ¼ cup chopped green onions
Method
1. Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add crumbled tempeh to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder and garlic powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in chopped spinach, grated carrot and cooked rice. Cook until everything is heated through, about 3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions before serving.
