Spicy Stir-Fried Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
500 g broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until they smell aromatic.
Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Add water and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds before serving.
