Method
1. Start by mixing the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over them.
4. Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon, making sure it is well coated.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
