Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 g ground beef
- 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
Method
1. Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain well once done.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
3. Stir in ground beef, cooking until browned. Add diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in spaghetti. Combine with the meat mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish. Top with cheese and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
