Delicious Soya Chunks Masala In Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients

– 1 cup soya chunks
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 green chilies, slit
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

Method

1. Start by boiling two cups of water in a pot. Add the soya chunks and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3. Mix in the chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute. Add garam masala and salt, mixing well.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and add the drained soya chunks. Simmer the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
