Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, sliced
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
– 1 tsp garlic, minced
– 4 cups mixed salad greens
– 1 cup carrots, shredded
– 1 cup cucumber, sliced
– 2 tbsp sesame seeds
– 2 green onions, chopped
Method
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken slices for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Pour this mixture over the cooked chicken. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare a large salad bowl. Add the mixed greens, carrots, and cucumber.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool slightly before slicing it into smaller pieces. Add it to the salad bowl.
5. Top the salad with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds over everything. Toss gently and serve immediately.
