Soy Garlic Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
60 ml soy sauce
30 ml honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 green onion, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish
Method
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, and sesame oil.
Combine chicken pieces with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
