Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 60ml soy sauce
- 40ml honey
- 30ml vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 5g ginger, grated
- 15ml sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rice (for serving)
Method
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Add chicken to the mixture, coating it well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it’s browned and fully cooked, around 10 minutes.
5. Stir in chopped green onions before serving the chicken with rice.
