Method
1. Begin by heating oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Set up three bowls. Place flour mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Put breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
4. Coat each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
