Cornbread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 can cream-style corn (about 425 ml)
1 can whole kernel corn (about 425 ml)
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup cornmeal
½ cup melted butter
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, mix the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, milk, and eggs.
Add sugar, cornmeal, melted butter, salt, and baking powder. Stir until everything is combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
