Ingredients
4 cups cornbread, crumbled
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs, beaten
60 g butter, melted
Method
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, diced celery, and diced onion.
3. Pour chicken or vegetable broth into the mixture, adding sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
4. Add the beaten eggs and melted butter into the mixture. Blend everything thoroughly until evenly mixed.
5. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
