Ingredients
– 500 ml water
– 1 cup sourdough starter
– 650 g bread flour
– 2 teaspoons salt
– 2 teaspoons sugar
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon instant yeast
Method
1. Start by mixing the water and sourdough starter in a large bowl.
2. Add the bread flour, salt, sugar, olive oil, and instant yeast. Mix until combined.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
5. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking tray. Allow them to proof for another 30 minutes before baking at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
