Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a muffin tray or line it with muffin cases.
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, milk, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla until combined.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips carefully, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tray and bake for around 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
