Ingredients
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sour cream, sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
