Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir this mixture into the banana mixture until just blended.
  4. Add vanilla extract and chopped nuts if using. Mix gently until nuts are evenly distributed.
