Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 125 ml sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 large egg
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: nuts or chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add sour cream, sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended. If using, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
