Ingredients
- 500 g plain flour
- 10 g instant yeast
- 10 g salt
- 30 g sugar
- 300 ml warm water
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 20 ml vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- Butter for brushing
Method
- In a large bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well combined.
- Combine warm water, vegetable oil, and vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Stir the mixture until it forms a sticky dough. No kneading is needed.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking tray. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
