Ingredients
– 80 ml unsalted butter, softened
– 100 g brown sugar
– 50 g white sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 130 g all-purpose flour
– 30 g cocoa powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 100 g dried cranberries
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir this mixture into the wet ingredients.
5. Fold in the dried cranberries and drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
