Ingredients
– 4 pork chops
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the pork chops to the skillet and season them with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the chops and set them aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and paprika. Stir everything together.
5. Return the pork chops to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the meat.
