Ingredients
500 g chicken breast
15 ml olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
100 g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 g mixed salad greens
1 medium tomato, chopped
Method
1. Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat.
2. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Allow it to rest for a few minutes.
4. Slice the grilled chicken into strips. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
5. Combine the salad greens, tomato, and sliced chicken. Drizzle with the yogurt dressing and toss gently.
