Method
1. Begin by slicing the Italian sausage into pieces.
2. Place the sausage, onion, bell peppers, and garlic into the slow cooker.
3. Add in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth.
4. Stir all the ingredients together until mixed.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
