Ingredients
– 600 g round steak
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup sliced carrots
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons water
Method
1. Cut the round steak into pieces and place it in the slow cooker.
2. Add the beef broth, mushrooms, onion, garlic, carrots, soy sauce, and pepper to the cooker.
3. Stir the ingredients to combine everything well.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
5. Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl and stir it into the slow cooker for thickening.
