Ingredients

– 1 kg pork shoulder
– 250 ml apple cider vinegar
– 250 ml honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Method

1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Pour the sauce over the pork in the slow cooker, ensuring it is well coated.
