Ingredients
– 600 g chicken thighs
– 125 ml honey
– 60 ml soy sauce
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– 1 tsp cornflour
– 2 tbsp water
– 2 green onions, chopped
Method
1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
5. Mix cornflour with water and stir into the slow cooker for thickening. Serve topped with green onions.
