Ingredients
800 g chicken thighs, boneless
60 ml soy sauce
120 ml honey
60 ml rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Method
1. Place chicken thighs in a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil together.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
5. After cooking, serve the chicken with chopped green onions on top.
