Ingredients
– 900 g beef chuck, cut into cubes
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 3 carrots, sliced
– 3 potatoes, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 500 ml beef broth
– 240 ml tomato paste
– 60 ml Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Place the beef, onion, carrots, potatoes, and garlic into the slow cooker.
2. Pour in the beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Add thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together to combine well.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
5. Serve warm with your choice of bread.
