Ingredients
– 700 g beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces

Method
1. First, place the beef chunks at the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Next, add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes on top of the meat.
3. Pour the beef broth over the ingredients in the crockpot.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper until everything is mixed well.
5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
