Ingredients
– 1 kg beef chuck, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
– 4 medium carrots, sliced
– 3 medium potatoes, diced
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 750 ml beef broth
– 60 ml tomato paste
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
Method
1. Begin by placing the beef in the slow cooker.
2. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic over the beef.
3. Pour in the beef broth and mix in the tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
5. Once it’s cooked, stir well and serve hot.
