Ingredients
– 900 g potatoes, diced
– 200 g bacon, chopped
– 200 g ham, diced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 4 large eggs
– 100 ml milk
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
Method
1. Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
2. Add the chopped bacon, ham, onion, and red bell pepper on top of the potatoes.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the eggs are set and potatoes are tender.
