Ingredients
– 1 kg salmon or any white fish, cut into pieces
– 1 cup miso paste
– 1.5 liters water
– 2 large tomatoes, quartered
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 radishes, sliced
– 1 cup eggplant, sliced
– 2 tablespoons fish sauce
– 1 bunch spinach
– 2 green chilies, whole
Method
1. Start by boiling 1.5 liters of water in a large pot.
2. Add the miso paste and stir until it completely dissolves.
3. Toss in the sliced onion, radishes, tomatoes, and eggplant. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Place the salmon pieces into the pot and let them cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Finally, add the fish sauce, spinach, and chilies. Cook for an additional 3 minutes before serving.
