Ingredients

– 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp ginger, grated
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 cup rice

Method

1. Start by cooking the rice according to the package instructions. Set it aside when done.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes until they turn pink.
3. Toss in the mixed vegetables along with the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir everything together and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
