Ingredients
– 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1/2 cup dry white wine
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

– Black pepper, to taste
Method
1. Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Toss in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper before serving.
