Delicious Shrimp Panang Curry Recipe: Quick & Flavorful Dinner

Ingredients

– 400 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 2 tbsp red curry paste
– 1 tbsp fish sauce
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
– 1/2 cup green beans, trimmed
– 1/4 cup basil leaves
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 lime, juiced

Method

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the coconut milk, then add the fish sauce and sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the shrimp, bell peppers, and green beans. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves and lime juice just before serving.
