Delicious Shepherd’s Pie Stuffed Baked Potatoes Recipe To Try

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
500 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 cups frozen peas
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Bake them for about 45-60 minutes until tender.

2. While the potatoes are baking, heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced carrots, cooking until softened.

3. Stir in the ground beef and cook until it turns brown. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Cook for 10 minutes.

4. Once the mixture is ready, add the frozen peas and mix well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

5. When the potatoes finish baking, take them out and cut them open. Mash the insides with butter and milk. Fill the potatoes with the beef mixture and top with the mashed potato.
